The exhibition “M. K. Čiurlionis and Vilnius” presents in detail the life and activities of this brilliant creator in Vilnius. In just half a year, he takes up public activities, communicates with the Lithuanian intelligentsia, gives concerts, curates an exhibition, paints, writes journalism, creates an opera, and least, but not the last –  falls in love… During the productive and creative time spent in Vilnius, M. K. Čiurlionis’s exceptional personality is revealed. The exhibition highlights the context of Vilnius experiencing a national revival at the beginning of the 20th century. The exposition includes photographs, letters, press excerpts, reproductions of paintings and a lot of music. The exhibition is full of interactive installations, so the national and creative Čiurlionis’s breakthrough can be discovered with all your senses.
